Carol’s font is Helvetica. I’d never thought of myself as “an industry standard”! Classics, like good friends, have staying power. My friends and colleagues would say I’m reliable. And yes, maybe a bit boring. I’ll have to get my husband to take this quiz. He’s anything but boring!
It says my font is Times new Roman — “Some call you timeless – others call you a snob. Either way you’re a class act all around. Just don’t take yourself too seriously.”
Hmm. I suppose I can see where that came from. I do like to use Times New Roman a lot.
“You are Times New Roman”
That makes at least two of us, Taryn – I consider myself in good company
I’m Helvectica, too! I do cherish my good friends!
My font is Helvetica. Lately I’ve been a little limited when it comes to doing everything I want, so maybe I am boring? And my friends do call me reliable, but “still think I’m the best.” Yet I’d say I’m anything but the “industrious standard” and normally I’d be the anti-boring. It kind of reflects me at the moment, but not who I usually am.. And the oddest thing about it is that I don’t think I’ve ever used Helvetica.
I’m also Times New Roman–the font I grew up with. And I guess I have my snobbish moments, particularly with regard to food and drinks. What can I say? I don’t want to waste my time with something that doesn’t taste good.
Times New Roman — seems to be a popular one for journalists; go figure.
I’m COURIER.
“You go proudly against the grain. You’re not afraid to let your opinions be known, and for you, anything is better then being known as conventional.”
Surprisingly … VERY true:-)
The quiz says Helvetica. It says I’m boring sometimes but my friends think I’m great, not sure how to interpret that, haha.
I’m Helvetica, too! Pretty accurate.
I, apparently, am Mrs. Eaves. I’m not sure I agree with this one totally, but oh well!
Oh dear. I am Impact.
“I can has fontz? OMG. You’re the preferred font of LOLcats everywhere. A little dark. A little narrow. That’s because you spend too much time in front of your computer. If it’5 not 0nl1ne, i7 d03sn’t 3xist ph0r u.”
Yes. I am a little dark (though I would dispute my narrowness). And I do have a certain soft spot for LOLcats. But I try not to type like a l337 h4xx0r.
I’m courier.
I prefer the first version for the Beyond Other News21 story. It seems more original. The USA today one is less cluttered but also less interesting.
